Advance Training and Learning Group operates in the leadership development, office management and business process improvement consulting industry. Generally, the training and development consultants are companies with organizational development professionals providing education and training to improve employees’ productivity or tools to improve program/process efficiencies. The ATL Group is structured to provide services to local, state, and federal government agencies. We offer operations management consulting as strategic partners that allows us to grow each year for the next several years.

As the Chief Executive Officer for Advance Training and Learning Group he is responsible for the organization’s daily decision making in providing consultation services to clients on leadership development, business process improvement, employee development, and strategic planning to build high performance organizations.
